Hi all, I hope you can help?
I'm in Tenerife at the moment, used my phone fine for 2 days, then yesterday it says that I cannot be connected due to a restriction? I have paid everything to date, so I know it's not a bill problem but can't find anything to help? Can't even call 202?
Hope someone can help?
Thanks
Nicki

There's an international spending cap on most accounts be default (around £40), if you've been using your phone alot you may have hit this cap. If you have access to another phone you can call customer service on +44 844 809 0200.

Have you tried removing and cleaning the simcard or tried manually to connect to another network.
Check your account is ok by contacting customer service : From abroad +44 844 809 0200
or try using the webchat option.

Definitely sounds like a local network problem.
