I called up O2 and recently switched over a previous number to the sim im using now almost 24 hours ago.. the number changed over and i can receive texts fine, but my tarrif is non-existent and i cannot send texts. all that shows up is 'requested facility not implemented' what does this mean? also, my online account has been acting up and the anniversary dates of my bolt ons and tarrif say N/A

It can take a full 24 hours for a number change. If you are still having problems this morning then call customer service to check everything is ok on your account.
