Hi o2,
I have recently cancelled my o2 contract at the end of the 24 month period. I have a credit balance of GBP 42 on my latest bill dated 19 November. How do I get this money please?

I'm having a similar issue after cancelling my Pay Monthly contract within the cancellation period and paying my bill. Unfortunately, I'm unable to submit information using the form provided. It says submission failed. Please help me resolve this issue since additional money was drawn from my debit card.

You will need to speak to customer service to get a refund of any overpaid amount if the form isn't working for you.
