HI,
I has a monthly phone with o2 for over 8 years and have recently left to another service provider. I transferred my number over no problems- however I am still receiving messages from 02 detailing my bolt on offers. I sucessfully tranferred my number on 2/10/13 to my new provider.
Upon transferring the number I was advised that the account will be terminated and have not had confirmation. I was also advised that I would receive payment from o2 to give me back the difference (time it took to transfer number).
Is there any way of confirming that my account has been terminated and also when will I receive payment. (my contract finished on Sep 27 and transferred number on Oct 2).

If it doesn't show in MyO2, you'll need to get in touch directly.
I would guess it won't show before your normal bill date this month.
