Solved: "make a payment" in my o2 app & the 2729 number

from in app & o2 billing text reminders is not ringing....
are o2 aware of this?

how do I call an o2 0800 number for free on my mobile? or are they free anyway due to them being o2 numbers?
I don't want to be racking up charges by ringing this 0800 o2 number off my mobile.

hopefully o2 will test their "2729" number too & resolve the fact it doesn't work.

ended up ringing 202 instead, which is ok & gets job done, but theres no point in having the 2729 number being sent in texts or in the app if it wont work, just beeps & disconnects.

Drop the first "0", so just dial "800"

Just tried it via the My O2 app and the call connected first time via the 2729 number.

I have just tried this and a call to 2729 works with no problem.

Its just worked for me via the app & when I've dialed it in too =$
. But hasn't worked for me around 2mths or so. Maybe they've just plugged the answerphone back in lol

There haven't been any reports here of it not working and they come in very quickly if anything doesn't work.

They have updated the app today so maybe that helps. Haven't had the need to use it before to be honest.
