"Your Country" vs. "International SIM"

After several years of using the "Your Country" tariff, I just saw that O2 don't have it on offer anymore. Instead there is the "International SIM". I have been trying to figure out what the difference between the two is. As far as I gather the point of "Your Country" is that you get free international minutes if you top up enough, without those free minutes, the "International Caller Bolt On" rates apply. With the "International SIM", you don't get the free minutes, but for many countries have rates that are well below the "International Caller Bolt On" rates. 

Am I missing something?

Edit (i was thinking of the pay monthly your country)

O2 swapped the payg one out when they introduces the international sim deals.
