My contract expires today. What do I do if I do not want to continue?

Your contract now becomes a one month rolling contract. If you don't want to continue you need to call Customer Services and give 30 days notice of cancellation. If you want to keep your number to use with a different network you need to ask for your PAC code.

You can do as Bambino suggests or change to a sim only contract or move to Pay and Go.
Whatever you decide keep the direct debit going until you get a zero bill from O2.
