Free txt messages

Hi all, I recntly bought txt messages from o2's free txt page!   but I still have'nt received my confirmation code...   any help with this would be great,  thanks  ray.

Contact 02 Customer Services on 202 for Pay Monthly Customers or 4445 for PAYG Customers.

A few people have reported this problem on the Community and only got it resolved via the help of customer service or the admin team. Not sure why it takes so long for O2 to fix their system issues.
