"Network busy"

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

I keep getting "network busy" when I try and make calls, and incoming calls go straight to voice. Mobile network and texts are all fine, just calls.

I've restarted several times, taken SIM out, soft reset, but nothing has changed.

Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas?

Thanks

That is usually either congestion or a mast issue.
I'd check the status again after it's had a chance to update and in the meanwhile, report the issue through the MyNetwork app.
