Hi, on my bill I have been charged for premium and information services, but what is this? I have used the online chat a couple of times, is it that?

Have u voted on one of these talent type programmes? I've just heard on another phone forum of someone doing this, completely unawares (no clue how tbh) that they charged £1.50 per text sent!
