Hi

Can someone advise on how i pay the rest of my contract off {think i have a month left}and get a sim only card please

If you're already on refresh just go to the SIM only upgrade options in your MyO2.

If coming from a standard contract, you'll need to call customer service to upgrade Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
