My contract was supposed to end last month and i have been trying to contact o2 for weeks now to cancel the contract but no success through the phone and cant find an email address. now they have sent me another bill for £60! i wanted to switch to virgin which would cost me £8 a month! they've now cancelled all my data and calls and i still cant get through to them. im not willing to pay this bill especially under the current circuminstances of not being in work and the fact the signal is so bad i havent been able to make calls for a bout 2 years! poor service from o2 not happy! what are my next steps???

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
