Hello I ordered a ipad pro before chirstmas to the o2 store but then changed my mind about the product.
I never collected or received the item, I was told it would automatically be cancelled and I would not have to do anything. However you have taken a payment from my bank account and now emailing me with your bill is ready. I should not have been charged anything extra if anything i should be having money returned to me as i payed £35 when ordering the product £20 for the device and £15 for charger. Can you help me yo see what have gone wrong here please?
