I cant call through to any advisors, no one is picking up when I do call. The app is no help and my phones blocked from making any calls or using data even though I’ve paid the overdue amount. Can someone please answer me this is so stressful.

And the icing on this cake is I keep getting texts saying I’ve not paid it when it even shows on my bill I have paid it and arranged to pay any of the rest on the 28th of January. I just want my phone back. All this stress because of ONE month where I wasn’t able to pay or explain why because this company doesn’t have an email helpline and the App doesn’t help.

No help I'm afraid but just wanted to say I'm in exactly the same boat. Few days late paying, paid on Friday, money has left my bank but I still can't use my phone and can't seem to resolve the issue. Would love to know if you manage to sort it. Good luck!

It can take up to 48 hours to reconnect and may be delayed due to the weekend period.

I would but as I said my phone was blocked from making calls, texts or using data.
