How to use switch up online I cant find anything except tis o2 journey but can't find it in my account?

Search for Switch Up here on the forum - you will find the advice tends to be to do this at an O2 Shop rather than online, @vinnyconno - and not all shops know how to process a Switch Up correctly, so be prepared to approach staff in a couple of shops if you get the brush-off first time around.
