o2 data allowance increased

Been on a 20GB contract now for 3 years (phone paid off). Today my allowance resets, and noticed i now have 30GB to use this month. Ive checked and it still says im on a 20GB plan.

Looking further it says i have 10GB UK data allowance, and 20GB Data allowance.

Not sure on the difference or why the sudden increase? Im not on a Plus plan so dont have data rollover

Probably because they think all customers come to this forum to read the article the Community Manager posted (as if!)

Also O2 are pretty poor for a communication company, in advising their customers of anything Paul!!

I still haven't got mine btw. Possibly when my Bill is generated on the 23rd?!!

Yea suspect so, i only got mine when my bill was generated. Not that i particularly need the extra data, i barely use half of my 20GB allowance, but it is nice
