o2 WEB BOLT ON NOT WORKING I HAVE PAID BUT IT STILL DOESN'T WORK

Hi there my o2 web bolt on takes out £7.50 credit eveytime i top up, and gives me free unlimited internet due to them taking this money from my credit. I have topped up recent on the 4th of september, then on the 30th of september o2 messaged me and told me i need to stay topped up (and i did) as 7.50 credit will be taken on the 4th of october. They then took the balance of 7.50 from my credit as usual, but i have not had any internet- and still don't now. Can anyone help?

You would need to call CS on 4445 as this is a specific account issue.
