o2 Chat not working

Has anyone else had problems tring to use the chat now facility on 02 website. The chat box opens up and Malcolm asks what your query is but there is no where to type a reply. Most frustrating,arggghhh!

Got it working, the check box next to send was so faint I coulnt see where to type, sorted now

I'm usually the other way around !

Having to close the chat box down as I'm browsing !
