hi
i have a monthly contract with 02
and have just upgraded my phone
I got a new sim with it
and I asked to stay with the old number
I lost the old phone on Saturday but I had changed the sim over to my new phone
I reported the loss of my phone to 02 today
and they have blocked the number
even though I told them I had the sim
now i can not get in touch with them
can anyone help
