no 3g on iphone4 settings fine

so had iphone 3 could use 3g and wifi.. got iphone 4 had issues with 3g rang o2 and they did something to switch it all off??? only used wifi.. now i want 3g no one has a clue whats wrong settings fine. phone fine. tried sim back in iphone 3 and no 3g on that now?? is it my sim or number? at a loss so is gurus

Sounds like it's your account that has had 3G turned off (if that's possible?). Maybe ask CS to disconnect you from the network and reset you....?

So again I'm here and no one has a clue! My phone number on any sim put in any phone will not get Internet??? Done various sim swaps put in various phone with no luck! Help please

ring customer services and ask for data to be reprovisioned on your account.

 

It sound from your other thread they deprovisioned it

But use the word reprovision as they will then see the issue

In addition to "provisioning" get them to double check you are not "GPRS Barred".
