av upgraded my concract but on pan was 0.00 up frony cost, but from my bank accaunt av been charged 29.99????

If upgrading you may still have owed something from previous contract....We have no access to your account so it's best to check with O2 CS

@liene It’s either the upfront cost for the phone or your phone bill. Are you on Refresh or a standard contract? My guide here explains about o2 Refresh
