new upgrade

av upgraded my concract but on pan was 0.00 up frony cost, but from my bank accaunt av been charged 29.99????

@lieneYou should contact customer services and ask why you have been charged  https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If upgrading you may still have owed something from previous contract....We have no access to your account so it's best to check with O2 CS

Are you sure it’s not just your bill?

@liene It’s either the upfront cost for the phone or your phone bill. Are you on Refresh or a standard contract? My guide here explains about o2 Refresh
