hi have just placed a order for a new monthly contract on my confirmation email that I have recieved there is a link to follow my order but when I try to do this it asks what my phone number is which I havent recieved yet, so how do i go about checking on the status on my order??

You normally get several emails during the course of the order process it may be you have not had them all yet

I just hope it isn't out of stock or you could be waiting a while for tracking info but customer service can tell you the status of the order itself.
