Really annoyed with o2. been with them for 7 years or more. 1st contract phone was the new iphone 8 costing around 1,000. the £1,000 with my bills were all paid on time. I then decided to go with Samsung Galaxy. so I changed over this cost was £849.00 and my contract, Not once have I missed paying my bill. even my other bills are all paid in time and last time I checked my credit score it was good. i was on the o2 app and seen the new galaxy laptop, I decided to go for it. this was £20 upfront then 14.99 every month. I can't believe it got declined.
