hi all
i need your help
im receiving an error when trying to find out my data useage on the myo2 app and website
in both places it says there is a technical problem? please try again later
does anyone else have this ?
and any possible solutions>
customer service on phone and chat have been unhelpful so far so giving this a go

I had the same issue so I have deleted and installed the app again and it worked
if not try 202 again or give it 24hours or so
