hi all

i need your help

im receiving an error when trying to find out my data useage on the myo2 app and website

in both places it says there is a technical problem? please try again later

 

 does anyone else have this ?

and any possible solutions>

customer service on phone and chat have been unhelpful so far so giving this a go

I had the same issue so I have deleted and installed the app again and it worked

if not try 202 again or give it 24hours or so

Try closing down the app and try again.

And or phone O2 customer services again to ensure your account is ok. You may get another advisor who could be more knowledgeable.

O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG.

Mine on payg is working fine.
