keep getting messages say i have not pay my bill but i did on the 3rd november

Check in your MyO2, there were issues collecting direct debits as well as making payments from debit or credit card recently.

Call O2 on 202 or contact them via Social Media at the link below this post, @jay7571 - good luck!
