Hello, I have two mobile numbers on pay montly contracts and one number on pay monthly data (iPad). All device plans have been paid in full and contracts are simply running their course. I have decided to move one mobile and one data plan to PAYG, but cannot find the way how to do this. Can somebody advise me on the procedure as call centre is simply not responding? Unfortunately I cannot visit O2 stores as I am currently abroad.
