Hi its time to upgrade and i wanted to no what tariff i am on how much data tarriff and texts i dont seem to be able to view a bill

Look in your My02 app or online at the top of the forum.

 

Your tariff and allowances will be there.

If you can't log into "My o2" you'll have to call 202 and cs will help you.

To add here is a link to tariffs to look over for when you do upgrade.

I would suggest visiting an o2 shop to upgrade as you can walk out with the handset.

 

Also look at the independents such as CPW if your not using the Speed to Refresh Tariffs.
