i am having problem with my txt message.

the make of my phone is STK-STORM 2E PLUZ.

I am on pay-montly sim only contract

I want to know how to set up my APN on my phone.

this phone only aloowed me to use 3G. Is it possible to upgrade the software to 4G.

The apn settings you need can be found here https://www.teamknowhow.com/discover/discover/o2-apn-settings#Android%20APN%20settings%20for%20O2
If your phone is only capable of receiving 3g on O2 due to the frequencies it is programmed to, there is nothing you can do unfortunately.
Also check your message centre numbers are correct as shown here http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/srvs/cgi-bin/webcgi.exe?New,KB=Companion,question=ref(user):str(Mobile),C...

@Anonymous There is no need for software to upgrade to 4G. Are you on contract or pay as you go because the APN’s are different

Just tried again on PC using FF and Mobile using Chrome. Still get the error message

So obviously affecting some not others. . Confused
