Lost my phone about 3 days ago, contacted O2 immeidately and made a claim, they told me they would message me within 2 working days. Its been almost 3 and i havent recieved a reply. I keep being told to call them but I dont have a phone and I also am at work the hours their landline is open. I feel like this a lose lose situation and I am not being heard. When dming them on twitter i was told to call, why set up twitter support if you will just direct customers to the phone when they have lost it.
