Solved: late delivery

hi, on friday 16th december i bought a new phone, samsun fold, they paid for same day delivery 15 pounds, the package was supposed to be delivered by 10 pm, the courier was 30 minutes late, i had to go to work, after talking to him i found out that package returned to RICO OFFICE MANCHESTER warehouse, emailed them, no response, 5 day waiting, £15 spent plus for a phone I don't have. help please
