Hi,

I topped up today by 10pound and had £9 when calling 02 services about my current tarrif, the representive gave me an offer of £1 for 1MB of data and now when I check my balance I have zero credit which I need ASAP today in order to make calls out of my tarrif bundle. Can you advise why this is happened? The representive listed options for me to retreive data and now I have no credit left?!!! Very fustrated

We can't say but it sounds like something has gone wrong.
You will have to contact CS again either by phone or live chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Yeah. Big bungle sounds about right.

£1 for 1MB? That can't be right either.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

In my experience as a Payg Customer they have re credited my account with enough funds to allow the anniversary date of my Big BUNDLE if it's an error.

This looks like perhaps Web Daily has hit.
