I saw that offer when I did a search, though it seems it was for the S8 and in 2017?

Participants can claim their Free Gift from and including the date on which they receive their Eligible Device, to and including the 25 June 2017.

I can't find a more recent offer though.

How long has passed since you claimed it? It does say on the leaflet once verified within 30 days. So if you are within the 30 days I imagine it's too soon to worry about non delivery?
