We have had notification today that my monthly bill is increasing from 5.44 to 7.24 p.m. How can this be justified!!

@madasaf1sh Actually, unlike most consumers I'm savvy and actually read the terms and conditions before I sign up for stuff, even some of 'em may as well be in Mandarin Chinese for all the sense they make.
Also, hopefully by this time next year I'll have paid off my device plan and then it's bye bye O2.
