iPhone Sim Swap No Data

Hi there, not sure if I have posted in the right place,

Anyway, I have an iPhone 5c and was on pay as you go simplicity until yesterday when I upgraded to a 12 monthly contract simplicity sim deal.

I had to do a sim swap and since then all seems to have gone to plan, however, I now only have Calls, Messages only, I don't seem to have any Data. I checked the setting and all seems fine.

I have also turned my iPhone on an off.

Any help or advice would be appreciated, Thanks.

In My O2 under Allowances it has a little table underneath stating what calls, messages and data I have..... it doesn't mention type of phone or that it is UK Data.  But then niether did my old account show that I was on an iPhone.

Then as Adam says it could well be the incorrect data bolt on.

You need to look under bolt ons on the left of that page

Oh right.... this is what it says..

750MB UK Data    Free    Active    No end date

That's your problem call O2 on 202 and ask them to change it to an iphone bolt on they can do it from midnight tonight it doesn't cost any more
