Hi all,
We've recently rolled out iPhone 12s at work and a number of people are having issues being heard by the other party. If we call them back, most of the time the call connects fine, but occasionally it takes 3 calls in order to be connected properly.
We can hear them fine, but they can't hear us.
What makes it odd is that it doesn't matter if the sim came from an Android or older iPhone, it affects everyone the same.
Is there a known issue with o2 and the iPhone 12?

No known issues at all. Rather weird that it affects so many?
Have you checked your network status? https://status.o2.co.uk/
If that's ok then maybe new sims would help?

Did you get this resolved? I am having the same problem - i can hear them but they can't hear me, plus calls are getting dropped several times a day.
