Pls can you let me know the most cost effective way to get an iPad pls?  It’s for my child so doesn’t need to be a new model.

The best option would be to look at the likes of Music Magpie, Handtec or the like who sell used and refurbished iPads, as otherwise you will have to get one with a contract and also a device plan if bought direct from a network.
