We have recently moved out of the UK and I cancelled my account with O2 back in June. I paid a final bill in July. I received an email the first week of August to say my August bill was zero 'nothing to pay', but today I see that the direct debit has been taken from my UK bank account. How can I get this refunded, please? I am having trouble contacting anyone at O2 because I'm not in the country, I no longer have my O2 mobile number and can't find a 'landline' number to call from Canada to speak to customer service. Please help!
