As we have no idea why you can't call... unless you have an outstanding bill and the phone may have been barred ...you need to contact customer services and speak to them https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@rezawan If you can't use your phone, you can call customer service from any phone for free on 0800 032 1402.
