i canceled my air time on my i pad number [Removed] but am still get a charge of 14.02 why is this it was cancellled 2 months ago

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
