good morning,

loyal o2 customer here, over 10 years.

how do i change my tariff, i have seen a offer on uswitch / MSE for sim only 40GB GBP 8.00 month (12 month contract) which is much better than what i am currently paying GBP 13.00 month for 25GB !.

when i go to deal it directs me to o2, i select upgrade my plan and nothing happens ?

it was bad enough siging in online and now it will not allow me to progress to change my plan.

kindly advise please thank you.

Website has been playing up since yesterday.

Keep trying as there's not much else you can do.

O2 won't usually match the uswitch price manually but you could try calling them.

message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

As an alternative, I am sure the colleagues at your local O2 retail store will be pleased to help you :-

Store locator | O2 UK | Find Your Nearest O2 Store

https://stores.o2.co.uk/

However, the USwitch price is unlikely to be matched instore.

For unlikely, read "will not ever".

Stores have zero ability to offer discount, at least phone sales have some leeway.
