I have tried everything, but it seems O2 has successfully created a full loop that takes you back to the same page when you click on help and redirect you to select option what you need help with,

I'm surprised they have not created a help button which let you select you online chat as one of the option to contact O2,

Chat will usually appear in the shop pages https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Personally as a new O2 customer, I have found customer services easy to contact via chat.  Telephone contact seems to be a lot longer.

From the O2 app -> Support -> Start a conversation

Admittedly if it is an urgent question you may want one of the other channels, though you may just find that chat is the quickest.
