how do I know if my account is still restricted due to late payment?

I was in a situation the past months where I paid my bills late and my account got restriced due to late payment but now everything is settled and paid. The situation now is that I can't seem to send sms and use my data. Does this mean that O2 haven't lifted the restrictions on my account?

any insights would be greatly appreciated, cheers!

Use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected. 8 am is the best time to call.
