If you're Pay Monthly it's 202 from your mobile which is free or 4445 if you're Pay and Go which is chargeable.

You will need to be patient, it can be very busy at certain times of the day.

Try first thing in the morning around 8.30am you'll have more luck then, don't use live chat for account queries
