can anyone sugest a good gps data sim to instal in my motorcycle tracker device?

Gps is a function of your device and doesn't need data to work.
If you need data location services any sim will do with an amount of data applicable to the amount of use you intend using it for.

so any sim will work in the tracker unit which will be powered on perminently???

Yes it will but you just need to know how much data you will be using.
