gift cards with payg fones

I hope this hasn't been mentioned before and if it has im sorry.  I bought a samsung galaxy ace on payg at the sart of december and was given a card tellin me how to claim my £20 gift card which i did. it was made clear to me that it would take 28 days to coe through and this was fine but i still have received nothing. Has anybody else had this problem or knows anything about it. Thank you

You should have it it within a few days, I had one by email so check your spam folder to see if it's in there.

hi i still havent got it and its def not in spam. had live chat with o2 last nite and she said she would send it but still nothing

I would phone rather than use live chat and chase them up.
