Hi there everyone I have changed my tariff to simplicity unlimited uk texts £7.50 and the all rounder data £6.00 I had top up first before I did this now it say on my account that I have these things but the havent took it off my £15.00 balance when will they any help would great thanks

Pretty sure it will be from your next bill date.

They charge at the end of the month if your part way through.

Yes it is and I got new phone today and I topup first and tgen changed tariffs and added bolt on it was acivated at midnight but they havent took it off my 15.00 topup

It can take up to 24 hours for the tariff to update and the credit to be deducted.

A arrgh ok sorry bit slow somtimes:(

it can take up to 24 hours for you to be charged.

Do you have a txt saying the bolt ons are activated? In which case you'll be fine to continue it should only come off your bolt ons.

Worst case there's been an error in which case phone O2 tomorrow on 4445(25p) and they should reimburse any charges you've incurred if the bolt ons failed even after they're "active"
