had zero but problems paying bill paid on the 14th may was not due then paid on a pockit mastercard O2 took my money and then said i not paid the bill whats going on its past me i got proof so after 4 days i got my money back on the card and paid again tonight and the same things has happened its taken my money but not showning up on O2 bill grrr i am so cross no one seems to be willing to help i have paid my account this way for 6 years grrrr anyone got any ideas besides leaving ok afte 30 years grrrr

The only thing you can do is speak to customer services if it's not showing up after 24hrs. The system updates itself at midnight.
