Hi guys,
I bought recently an Iphone 11 Pro Max. And I don't know if it's due to COVID-19 but I have never had internet on this phone and getting this message on Chrome Mobile.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
I'm distraught and starting to get angry because I really need the internet like everyone else.
It's been now 1 ad a half week without internet....
Please let me know if you have any solution.

Hi guys,
I'm coming back to you because it's been more than 15 days that I'm still without internet reception on my phone.
When I call the customer service, a robot hangs up the phone.
When I contact via Facebook messenger, they tell to call 202.
And by e-mail as well.
I am REALLY starting to need the internet.
How can I do it?
I currently have to pay a phone subscription on the side to be able to reach my family and friends.
I will cut the payements to this provider... I won't pay 80£ a month for a service that I can't get.... 😕
