how can i pay the early termination fee.
it is a nightmere. on the line for 38min connected 2x here and ther all security questions just give up.now second time 18 min waiting to be connected.
when I left chat said it will be with the last bill.
no not even chat come up .
I dont want a debt collection agent come here, and ruin my credtit score because I cannot pay £33.12. I cannot pay because I dont know how where to turn.

Generally, early termination fees are included in your final bill and taken by Direct Debit.
If not them you will need to speak to Payment Management Use the 0800 number
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
